Commands for mode

These commands are shared using domain mathjax-intellisense in each extension.

• mathjax-intellisense.edit: -> mode: edit.
• mathjax-intellisense.view: -> mode: view.
• mathjax-intellisense.both: -> mode: both.
• mathjax-intellisense.toggle: toggle between edit and view modes.
